Together We Grow

At the Model Secondary School for the Deaf, athletics is more than just competition—it’s a powerful extension of our students’ growth, teamwork, and school spirit.

At the Model Secondary School for the Deaf, athletics is more than just competition—it’s a powerful extension of our students’ growth, teamwork, and school spirit.

The MSSD Athletics Department offers student-athletes a wide range of opportunities to develop skills both on and off the field. Through sports, students build confidence, sportsmanship, integrity, responsibility, and a deep sense of community. These experiences foster a lifelong appreciation for health, wellness, and personal achievement.

All students are encouraged to participate, whether as athletes, team managers, or spirited fans—athletics is a meaningful part of the high school journey.
